So its currently 1.5 hours after our start time and we're sitting outside the building Why? Because no one showed up when we were scheduled. I have no idea the etiquette of this situation. How long do you wait? I already messaged TWO of the managers (one responded and is trying to figure out what's going on. So we're waiting until we get feedback But how long DO you wait in this situation? I've heard anywhere from 30 minutes, to an hour, to until someone shows up Sure, if you're scheduled for a set time you shouldn't have anything else to do. But...4 hours is a long time to wait for someone because the GM got the schedule wrong again? I could be using those 4 hours to get ready for the 15 hour car ride tomorrow...I could be sleeping? I don't know I just feel like there should be a policy of "oops. Management fucked up and not there to let you in. Do X"
