That Ballroom Thieves cover is super cool! Saw them at Newport a couple years ago. And I've been meaning to get that Bahamas album since I caught some of his set also at Newport.
I also discovered Ballroom Thieves at Newport! Every year there’s somebody that I see that I’ve basically never heard of that completely wins me over - that year it was them. :) And I adore Bahamas, have for a while. Their Newport set was so so great! Personally I think that the album Barchords is better than this one, though. So I’d actually recommend that one first.

6. What is your next concert?
I’m supposed to see the NY Phil next Saturday but I might have to skip it. After that, Bastille in Brooklyn next Monday!
10. Worst opening act you’ve seen?
I don’t remember their name but they were this weird noise band that opened for Tres Mts (one of Jeff Ament’s bands). It was awful. (To be fair, the main act wasn’t spectacular either.)
16. Have you been in a social media post an artist posted after a show?
I’m pretty sure I’ve been in a few Trampled by Turtles crowd photos :)
17. Funniest concert memory?
Right now all I can think of is “Honey, do you remember the Aughts?” from FJM but also basically any Milk Carton Kids banter.
