A takeaway burger.

Prompt - Funny/Inflatable.
The bag weighed heavy in Jason’s fingers. There was an important decision to make, one that could define his entire relationship with Tim—whether they were capable of surviving anything together, or if it was better to end it now, before hurting each other by not fitting completely.
He opened the door to Tim’s office. Their suits for the party were perfectly pressed, stitched, and ready. Flawless. Tim loved perfection. Or rather, he couldn’t avoid chasing it.
Jason loved him. Deeply. And he accepted all of it, even the obsessive cleaning sessions that made the place shine like glass. But he wanted to show him another side of the world—to see how far Tim could go if he just let go a little. He didn’t want to hurt him—he only wanted him to have fun.
Something simple. Something that could relax him… or drive him insane.
Tim looked up, the needle caught between his fingers, the thread pulled tight. Jason lifted the bag and took a slow breath.
"I have a different idea."
Tim’s eyes narrowed, fixed on the bag as if it were a bomb.
"What kind of idea?"
Jason smiled, his hands trembling as he pulled out the first costume.
"It’s a hamburger," he said, proud and a little nervou. “I love burgers, and I thought it’d be fun if you dressed up as one. I could make jokes about wanting to eat you and… you know, that kind of thing.”
He waited, the silence stretching. Tim’s gaze moved from the costume to the bag, unreadable.
“Do you have more?”
Jason nodded, shaking his head too fast. He pulled out the second costume and held it up—a slice of pizza.
"I’d be a pizza," he said. "Because I know you like pizza."
Tim’s serious expression tightened something in Jason’s chest. He started to lower his hands, unsure. Then, a small shift—Tim’s mouth twitched. He brought a hand up to cover it, trying not to laugh. But the sound broke through anyway, bright and sudden, spilling into the air until it turned into real laughter.
The sound filled the room, clean and alive, echoing off the sterile order of it. Jason felt it hit somewhere deep, melting the tension in his chest.
He smiled, small and uncertain. “So, that’s a yes?”
Tim nodded, still grinning. “I just want to see Bruce’s face when he sees us walk in wearing these.”
Jason’s grin widened.
Seeing Bruce’s reaction would be funny, sure, but it was nothing compared to watching that spark light up in Tim’s eyes. The suits hung forgotten as they started pulling on the costumes, fabric rustling and laughter breaking through the calm.
Tim made a ridiculously cute hamburger, and Jason a crooked, uneven pizza. But when Bruce frowned at the sight of them, Tim’s laughter came again, louder this time—and that alone made it all worth it.

At this point, I just want to get all my ideas out of my head, and it's really fun to leave them here on Tumblr.
