Circus Fries - HKD $50
Savoury onions, American cheddar and Circus sauce topped on crispy fries! The sauce provided, which is a sweeter version of Thousand Island sauce, adds a nice refreshing kick to the fries! These are possibly one of the BEST fries I’ve eaten in my life!  Â

My friend and I decided to pop into Burger Circus in hopes of discovering a reliable burger joint!
The small diner-esque burger joint is located conveniently on Hollywood Road by the escalator. The space is intimate and the waiters wear little black bow ties!
The chocolate shake was simple and the perfect amount for one person, but a little too creamy to accompany the meal. HKD $58
As lovers of bacon, my friend and I both ordered the Circus Burger. The presentation was adorable, however, the chunk of lettuce and the overall sogginess of the patty made for a very average burger. HKD $80
The thick cut fries were pretty standard as far french fries go. HKD $30
Since Burger Circus has only recently opened, I will definitely give it another chance! As a native Southern Californian, I am desperate for a burger joint to replace In-N-Out and Oscars Cerveteca.
