A guide to survive through the messy tomato fight

It is only natural that the Tomatina Festival in #spain is really high on many bucket lists. But, be aware! Leaving the fun part aside, you might want some handy #tips to survive this messy #tomato-fight in the streets of Bunol.

Preparing for the festival includes what to wear, what to leave at the hotel, how to stay safe and more.

Embrace the old when it comes to clothing. At least you won’t be upset if it’s ruined. Even a single tomato stain is hard to wash off, imagine hundreds of tomato being thrown at you. Right, not cool!

Dump the Flip-flops. Wear something that’ll give you better grip. In a sea of tomatoes, it counts a lot!

No matter how much fun your have during the event, at the closure you would want to clean clothes. Buses won’t allow your backs covered in tomato juice. So, make sure you carry spare clothes that you can easily change into.
