For the Gravy:

Flour

Butter

Vegetable/Chicken/Beef Stock

Onion Soup Mix

What To Do With All Those Ingredients!

Gravy first:

Melt a quarter of a stick in a sauce pan on medium high

Add in a quarter cup of all purpose flour and continously stir

We got a Reux goin baby.

Add half a cup of stock and stir. Let it thicken, and then add in another half cup.

Stir in the onion soup mix. The mixture will be VERY VERY thick.  Keep it that way - we want this gravy to be spreadable, not liquidy.

Now for the burger

Caramelize the onions (low heat, butter, fry pan for about 30 minutes. Stir whenever you remember to)

Cook the shrooms (med-low heat in the fry pan with a bit of stock. cook until soft. stir whenever)

Cook the burger (Y'all know what to do here... Nothing crazy)

Toast the pretzel bun
