Doctors Without Borders (MSF) says, it had suspended non-essential work in part of eastern Democratic Republic of Congo after unidentified gunmen abducted two of its local staff earlier this month in the Masisi health zone, North Kivu province.
MSF spokesperson in DR Congo, Francine Kongolo, said the agency has also decided to cut back its staff on site out of concern over the safety of its teams.
