Benji and Nanu: Benji had been staying with Nanu for a bit to avoid Po Town for a while so he could collect himself.  Interaction with @tired-kahuna

Benji and Guzma: Benji returned to Po Town, however he still wanted to lay low for a while. The news had reached Guzma previously so he sent Benji on a mission near Route 15. ( Need interaction with a Guma)

Aiden and Alena: Aiden, overcome with worry, has pleaded for Alena to join him in an attempt to search for Benji on their own. Interaction with @skull-bxnes

Aiden clasped his hands together in thought. So Guzma had seen Benji recently? Not that three days was something to worry too much about, after all it almost took an entire day of non-stop travel to reach Malie City. Aiden prayed that was where the other Grunt was.

You wouldn’t know it by looking at her ona good day, but she’s pretty fidgety. It’s not by default an indication ofnervousness or irritation; idleness just doesn’t suit her. Her profession as anofficer of the law makes this a pretty embarrassing habit, but she’s never beenable to break it. She makes a serious effort to tamp down on it, though (mostly bycrossing her arms/legs to remind herself not to do anything), and to restricther fidgetiness to things that aren’t overtly annoying or noticeable, though onoccasion more obvious things sneak past her (like pacing when she’s on thephone; tapping a pen against her desk; bouncing her leg; switching seatingpositions every 15 minutes). The more extreme things she tends to do freelywhen she’s alone, but sometimes someone will catch her doing it in the officeor out in the field.

If something has her complete and utterattention, though, she won’t fidget at all; in fact, she’ll probably hyperfocuson whatever it is and hardly notice time moving at all/lose complete track oftime. This doesn’t necessarily have to be anything particularly interesting toher: for example, it applies to both pokémon battles (even watching them onTV), and boring paperwork.

As far as other bad habits go:

She’s a nail-biter, though not so muchout of nervousness as boredom. She gave up on breaking it long ago. The secondthose driving gloves come off…

“I’m fine,” when she’s 100% Not Fine. (She doesn’t think this is a bad habit, though. She thinks she’s doing everyone else a favor. Which makes it worse than a bad habit, really.)

Leaving lights on in rooms she’s not even in. Her electric bill wants her to break this habit.

Buying food in the moment/when she’s hungry and then not actually making it because it’s too much effort and cooking for one is depressing and time-consuming with no real reward. (Her wallet is begging her to get her act together.)

Staying in hot baths for too long. (Her skin is asking her to stop doing this.)

Spending most of her free time alone or doing more work. She’s kind of iffy on this one; she should probably get a social life because she’s not getting any younger and she often feels lonely when she’s not at work, but she’s not comfortable with the idea of socializing just for the hell of it, and her dating experiences were terrible. How she is now seems to be working okay for her, so why change it? (Except when she’s feeling lonely, then she considers changing it until she gets some sleep and decides, eh, it’s not really that bad after all…) 

Slightly related to the above: using work as a distraction/coping mechanism/vice. She knows this is bad and would like to break it, but hasn’t managed to come up with a suitable alternative yet. If she’s busy working there’s no time to feel lonely/inadequate/like she needs to change something about herself to be seen as interesting/et cetera.

Anabel isn’t the kind of person to have many bad habits (especially not habits traditionally considered bad). If she worked in another profession, most of her habits wouldn’t even ping her radar as negative, but as an officer working for Interpol, they come across as immature, which bothers her because, 1.) she wants to be seen as professional by her peers*, and 2.) she’s most certainly an adult–and not so much a young adult anymore, either. However, having spent the last ten years with all these habits, most of them going back to her life Before–though she’s unaware of it–she’s learned to work with them instead of trying to change them.

Despite what one would think, Aiden does not indulge in any super hard drugs. Pot and Alcohol are his only vices. This is due to him witnessing one of his closest friends get addicted and using any drug they could find until they eventually died.
