Hmm... this is an interesting question, but I really don’t know how to answer it. There are no particular songs that remind me of Bughead’s relationship in the comics. That said, your question made me revisit some of The Archies’ old songs and I think the lyrics fit into Betty and Jughead’s relationship.

For now, I’ll just focus on The Archie’s most popular song: Sugar, Sugar. Its lyrics is filled with all things sweet - sugar, honey, candy - and like the guy singing the song, we all know that Jughead wants them too. He even went on a kissing spree just to find out the flavor of that sweet lipstick he got when a girl kissed him while he was asleep in Missed Kiss. 

Sweet is also Jughead’s go-to adjective to describe Betty and it’s not just because of the cookies, the cakes, and the pies that she often bakes for him. He genuinely thinks dearly of her that he even told his father in Man to Man that he’d be more interested in girls if they were all like Betty. It’s a trait that he attributes to her even when he suddenly got synesthesia in Taste Sensation. 

It's a bit of a stretch, but Betty being Jughead's “candy girl” can be backed up by two stories which share the same title: Sweet Talk. The first one, from 1958, shows how Little Jughead convinced Little Betty to give him a piece of candy by showering her with compliments, while the second one, from 1959, is about Jughead suddenly showing up at the Coopers' with a pan because he was craving for fudge so he decided to ask Betty to make some with him.

There are other tracks from The Archies discography that can be related to Bughead like Sunshine and Feelin’ So Good (S.K.O.O.B.Y. - D.O.O.) both of which reference a little girl with the sun shining in her hair - a blonde, maybe?. I mention this because Jughead has a habit of calling Betty "Little Lady” (or some variation of it) and bringing attention to the color of her hair. There’s also a line in Feelin’ so Good that goes “Diamonds and a ring, presents I could bring” and we all know that when they were kids, Little Jughead gave Little Betty a “diamond” ring to rival that of Veronica’s. Even the "Oh my Skooby-Doo, I'll do-ya what you want me to” reminds me of all those times known-slacker Jughead got roped in to do all sorts of chores and activities just because Betty asked him to.

This is pretty self-explanatory, but Who Is Your Baby reminds me of all those times Jughead used the “Betty Baby” endearment. Just like this one and this one. The line “Who might be laughin’ at me when I play the clown?” in Who’s Gonna Love Me may be reminiscent of all those times Jughead made Betty laugh with his jokes (that only she can understand sometimes). The possibilities are endless! 

This is my Bughead song. Every time I hear it. Especially after reading fics that they’ve been separated but come back to each other.
