I'm not sure if bugs can have seizures so that's going to be weird for them
Seizures are basically your brain not doing it's job correctly, so it's not impossible. But it's probably not super common, so they can still be confused about it

Silly Oneshot Idea: Space Raphael get stranded to bug world due to circumstances beyond anyones control. The bugs are pretty chill and are trying various methods to peacefully communicate with him despite the fear responses. Very interesting/completely contrasting povs if done.
