How to Buff
The “Devil Bike” cylinders and heads... I just stumbled across these photos from 2005. They were stock Harley Evo heads that were custom machined to make the “pitch fork” design on the cylinders and heads. I completely ground the bottom two fins off, and cut the fins back to the face of the cylinders to create a “different look”. I smoothed out the edges of the fins and buffed all of the exposed surfaces. We borrowed the rocker boxes for the photo shoot.
I hope these heads and cylinders are still on a running bike! I am glad I could be a part of that project.
