I was looking for some inspiration and motivation to finish off the year on a high note. I felt lost and confused but at the same time, I felt more clear and connected then ever. Every day this month, I shared something that connected to me. Whether it was a quote, picture or part of my practice, I was always reminded of the beauty that life has to offer. The response from everyone has been amazing as well. I encourage you try something like this. It doesn't have to be on a social media platform. It can be in a personal journal or just a simple conversation with a friend. Even in the hardest of times, there is always a guiding light that will be there to lead you. Follow it no matter how far away it may seem. Sometimes it takes longer then you would like; however, the light will always be there to guide you home.
