scandigender: a snowy owllike gender; a gender connected/related to or influenced by snowy owls

based on the tenth 12 days of coining prompt, ‘winter animals’! the colors were picked from images of snowy owls and the term comes from ‘scandiacus’, which is the snowy owl’s species name! this is a subset of strigigender and bubogender, so i made the flag five stripes like the strigigender flag.
