I HAVE a new OC in Superverse (the same universe that Bailey is from, the superhero setting!!) who is a villain and she is so fucked up. Her name is Doctor Feel-Better and I have NOT drawn her yet BUT she has a retro nurse aesthetic with primary colors and a smiley face theme. Her power is the ability to pick up on others' physical sensations and manipulate them as long as she has access to their body fluid (so she carries around this big honkin cartoon syringe to be able to poke people and access blood)!

She used to be a normal nurse until she began to realize that the reason she liked being around sick people so much wasn't because she wanted to make them feel better but Actually because she just loves being around the sensation of pain. She tried to resist it at first but as time went on she began to secretly mistreat her patients on purpose so they would be in as much pain as possible until she was found out and exiled from her practice . and Now She's A Villain! using her powers to assist the villain organization Scelestic (@apotheoseity's characters!) with their torture
