Slept badly because the house was so cold, and I had so many ideas pinging around in my brain. Working on some graphic design projects now, and wishing that my computer wasn’t so goddamn slow - it’s so hard to draw when there’s like 5 seconds of lag :(
Reminding myself that I’m super lucky to have a laptop that will run software like Illustrator at all, and that I can afford the Creative Cloud subscription. Might have to log in on my step dad’s work computer if this keeps crashing though.
On the bright side, the jogging bottoms I bought from a Facebook swap shop came today! So I don’t have to wear jeans literally all the time. They’re so comfy, and surprisingly warm.

I’m currently reading around to try and decide what to write my dissertation on! At the moment I’m reading a really interesting book about attitudes towards homosexuality in the Arab-Islamic world 1500-1800, but I’m also very interested in how ideas of nationalism developed in the region
