Ralph, wir haben dich nicht verdient.

Liebe Leute, heute ist es soweit ! Es ist Bundestagswahl in Deutschland.

Die Frage, ob ich wählen gehe, hat sich mir nicht gestellt, die Antwort ist für mich ganz einfach: „Klar !"

Ich gebe heute zwei Stimmen gegen rechts ab, um rechtem Gedankengut keine Chance zu geben. Jede Stimme zählt und jede Stimme ist wichtig, um weiterhin in einem Land zu leben, in dem es uns, verglichen mit anderen Ländern, sehr gut geht !

Erinnert euch nur an die Vergangenheit. So soll es nie wieder werden. Jeder Mensch hat einen Wert und einen Platz auf dieser Welt verdient.

Das soll so bleiben, deshalb gehe ich heute zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr wählen. Und das solltet ihr auch tun !

The German elections have seen Angela Merkel’s center-right CDU as the strongest party, albeit with heavy losses of more than 8 %, at around 33 % of the votes, their worst result since the first elections in 1949.

The second-strongest party is the center-left SPD with around 20 %, their worst result ever.

Third-strongest party becomes the right-populist, open nationalist AfD, which in the recent time tended more and more towards racist positions, with around 13 % marking the first entry of a nationalist party into the German parliament since the 1957 elections.

Next up is economist party F.D.P. with around 10 %.

The environmentalist Greens and the left-populist Left Party party got around 9 % of the votes each.

SPD, so far coalition partner of Angela Merkel’s CDU, has announced that they will not go into another Great Coalition.

This leaves a so-called “Jamaica Coalition” of CDU, F.D.P., and the Green Party (named after the colors of the three parties, black, yellow, and green) only viable option, as no other party wants to engage in a coalition with the right-populist AfD.
