Warnings: <I>None So Far</I> Summary: Hoseok goes on a limb after getting close to one of Jungkook's foreigner friends and for the sake of his daughter, Asks her to marry him.

This is honestly like a 'test screening' of a story that I wanted to work on. In which Hoseok desperately needs someone to look after his daughter before he enlists in the military. he finds comfort in Jungkook's foreigner friend.

Did she hear him right? Her Korean wasn't all that great but she was for darn sure the phrase. ''Marry me.'' spilt from his lips. looking Hoseok in his eyes confirmed that much. He'd just asked her to marry him.

''What are you saying?'' she questioned with a raised brow. Had they had that much to drink? he could usually handle his own. But his composure was straight, and his face lacked the usual alcohol flush and redness of the cheeks.

''I know, It's sudden. But it won't be like that.'' Hoseok raked a hand through his hair nervously; he hadn't exactly thought this through. asking her to marry him went so much differently in his head.

''I just.. I don't have much time until I have to go into active duty and I need someone to watch after Hwa-young. and.. I trust you.'' Nahla sighed as the weight of this finally settled. whatever buzz she had was long gone since he'd technically popped the question. his reasoning caused her to soften just the tiniest bit, but half of her still screamed at how crazy this sounded.
