We are back at Mary's Community Centre on Upper Street this Wednesday from 8.10pm - 10pm the entrance to the centre is 20m to the left of St Mary's church. look for the BtR banner. IT IS NOT INSIDE THE CHURCH. the court is a little small and quirky so we're going to play some 3v3 "full court" games rotating teams in and out as we go. it's not ideal but while we work on a new permanent home it's the best option we have and we had a lot of fun last week doing it this way. We may be new to coaching but these guys make it easy. Last night we worked on our team defence and before we knew it everyone was rotating properly, communicating well, denying the ball, sagging to help and recover and yes even blocking out. We split into teams for a game and 'team Ciq' overcame the 'Brotherhood' in a hard fought victory but trust us the defense was beautiful. Next week we have our end of season xmas party in place of our regular session.
