hello everyone, we would like to solemnly welcome all of you to boseong! we hope that everyone is going to enjoy their time here and to ensure that each and every member is comfortable and safe, we would like to remind you of the potential triggering nature of this roleplay group and give you a few tips on how to make sure you don’t accidentally upset someone you’re writing with.
first off, please make sure to take a close look at our trigger list and tag all of your posts accordingly. please also remember to check the list after every new acceptance as new triggers may be added over the course of the roleplay.
when speaking to a mun ooc, please make sure to ask whether they are comfortable with a certain topic first before starting to talk about it.
when threading ic, please ask the mun whether they are comfortable with a certain topic first before writing it into the thread. this goes for mentions of a potential triggering subject as well as the action of it. for example: make sure to ask the other mun if they are comfortable with the topic of death before mentioning the death of a person in your reply or make sure they are comfortable with the topic of alcohol consumption before writing about your muse drinking alcohol in your reply.
if a potentially triggering topic isn’t on the trigger list, but you are still unsure whether your writing partner is comfortable talking about it or not, always ask them about it first. it’s better to be safe than sorry.
with that being said, if you see someone forgetting to tag a trigger that’s on the trigger list, please feel free to politely remind them to add the tag belatedly. however, if you see someone repeatedly or even purposefully not tagging posts appropriately, please approach the main and we will try our best to handle the situation with descretion.
please like this post once you’ve read it and happy writing!
