on a Regular basis i will be puttering around the lab, checking cells doing infections etc etc whatever else i’m doing that day and will just stop and be like. what the fuck was up with the croatoan virus... let me study it... what kind of titer is it in the blood... why could you see sulfur on the CPE... how could you see CPE in the blood in the first place... this is my “getting back into supernatural around the same time i started working in virology” white whale

i know this is just funny to me bc it's late and I should be asleep but just remembered this one joke homebrew item i saw that was like "if you attune to this, you gain an additional slot for attuned items" it's so fucking stupid and i love it

i don't think anyone's posted this yet but my fucking favorite thing that happened yesterday was during laser tag, there was this kid who kept following me julia and ollie around and would wait around corners to hit us over and over again and if you hit someone you'd then see their name flash up on your gun and we had gotten a few hits on him too and so after like 5 minutes of this kid doing this julia stops and just goes "rease31, we can see your shadow. we know when you are about to strike. leave this place" and ollie and i lost our minds

today on macklemores instagram story he played his new album in the back of his limo and then filmed himself sticking his head up front and telling the driver "this is me. this is me rapping" to which the driver responded "who are you?" and macklemore went like "calvin harris" but as he ducks back into the back you can barely hear the driver say "you look a lot like mack-" before the video cuts off

i try VERY hard to be nice to first years bc i know what its like to be new at college and its scary and it sucks but boy was my patience tested in lab today
