After my doctors appointment this morning, I found myself in proximity to one of my favorite diners in town, City State, and it was a no brainer since I had not been there in a while. Also, it was basically brunch time so I had to get The Count, their version of a Monte Cristo. I reminisce about this sandwich. However, I also wish I took a better picture, perhaps better to highlight the half a sandwich left after I had plowed through the first portion. Yes, I was that hungry.
