The Bellini, a cocktail of champagne and peach juice, is my favorite at Harp & Crown in Philadelphia for brunch! There’s comes in an adorable champagne coupe like this one, and is such a pretty color pink! The key to a good bellini, in my opinion is good peach juice - it’s not nearly as good as a syrup. That’s what makes it a favorite for me - I can make a mimosa at home pretty easily, but it’s pretty hard to find or make peach juice on my own. Hopefully, if all goes well, the skirt orders will open up tomorrow evening!
