Ghaz and Makari Finally getting back to taking photos of minis I've finished this year...

Some more photos of the finished Contemptor. 

Some progress shots from today. Getting the base ready. Made some bricks out of foam, added a bunch of debris to the top and then built out the “stone” base with milliput, using a stone to add some texture to it. Hoping to start priming this and the mini tomorrow! This has been a fun paint off this go around!

Glued the marine together and test fitting on base. Realized I didn't have Still Water anymore so ordered some clear resin (!!). Hoping to have this finished up this weekend. 

Yesterday I sprayed primer over the base, feeling pretty pleased but didn’t get time to bust out the airbrush. This morning I woke up thinking “the sewer is in the front, but why would there be a flat brick wall in the back. So busted out the Milliput and covered it up and blended the rock into the sewer/brick. Never satisfied, haha. But at some point I need to just get to painting it as I’m running out of days to finish it & the mini for the paint-off

Enjoying a day off, making progress on the plague engines. It's been awhile since I've worked on any Death Guard additions. Skin has its first wash. Armor weathering will come later.

Getting back to my plague engines. Adding some metallics. 

On the hobby table today: - Building more Death Guard // slightly modifying the newer Typhus kit. - Got the itch to rebase my Thousand Sons a bit….
