No, Paradox has never gone back along his own timeline. There are some rules he MUST follow and they are vague and annoying (so I won’t go into detail with them for now) but that is basically the first rule, DO NOT go back to your former self.
He could if he wanted to (Which he does, ever so much.) But seeing himself before the accident would tear him apart (among other things), the questions he has on WHO he was force themselves into his mind daily… But asking these questions (Which we know he would) Would tear the fabric of time and space apart.
Because Paradox is more or less pure time it would be unwise of him to find out about his past. Even knowing his real name would change things drastically.
He is only left to wander and help others, never able to help himself…
