Ok I'm going to rant. School has changed from when I was in kindergarten. I remember actually learning something and I hardly had to worry about passing tests. Come middle school and that starts to change. Everyone freaks out a little bit about passing the next test instead of actually learning. Now as a highschool student I realized that I haven't learned anything the past two years. I along with many others have become too worried about passing instead of learning. School has lost the learning factor to having students worry about passing a test that is only 10% of their grade. By the time a really important test comes along, students are tired and worn out to the point of a possible failure. Students are working harder than ever to just pass a stupid test when the teachers need to work harder in teaching the students and making sure that they are learning something. I know I might just be whining about taking test but I know that I have not learned anything since I was in 5th grade 6 years ago.
