If Brilis was caught in a cavein, would she be frightened? Has she got a plan in case of this scenario? Does she ever plan to do anything professional with her singing voice? What does Dystas see in Zenere? Has she ever tried manipulating Zenere for her own ends, since Zenere would probably fall for quite a few of her mind tricks? Does she write her own poetry? How much of an asshole IS Dyssie?
Yeah, a cave-in would freak Brilis right the heck out. She loves caves, but not being totally trapped or crushed in them. She certainly has the skill and tools to get out if she’s trapped inside, but it wouldn’t make her a happy camper to say the least. If it looks like the whole cave is coming down, the plan is just RUN, though she always keeps a few big things in her sylladex to try and prop things up with. If it looks like she’s going to get trapped, well, she’s perfectly capable of digging her way out. She never really intends to do anything major with her voice: she’d rather do something with her geology than becoming an entertainer. It might be a sort of back-up plan, but she wouldn’t be as happy if she had to sing for a living.
Dystas probably has to ask herself the same question sometimes, which just depresses the hell out of her. Assuming their relationship got started a lot like it did in the old days with Zenere falling for her first, she just would have been flattered to hell and back that someone actually DID feel that way about her, eventually warming up to her boldness and straight-talking nature. Regardless, she probably gets disappointed with herself sometimes in not being everything she could be for Zenere: she knows she’s a cold bitch sometimes and swings between being perfectly ok with that and being really upset about it depending on if she’s in a science-y or artsy mood. Being so used to messing with people, she probably sometimes works to manipulate Zenere without totally meaning it. And of course she writes her own poetry! All in all, she’s a pretty major asshole I would say, but she doesn’t always enjoy it.
