If you are ordering a 15'x10' banner your image must be 15'x10'. 2) Images must be between 150-300dpi 3) Images must be in one of these formats: JPG, PDF, EPS, TIF 4) Individual files must not be more than 120mb Once your order has been received please allow 24 hours processing and 1-3 days for shipping for banners 16'(ft) and less. In most cases your item will ship the next day with overnight shipping. If you're in need of larger than 16' (ft) please allow an additional 24 hours for processing and 1-5 days for delivery.
