If you could choose who to provide new art for JRJR and Bendis Action Comics issues, who would you choose?
Honestly given the second year is weaker in general and doesn't necessarily deserve folks on that Paquette/Sook/Epting tier, JRJr is still a decent fit for the Legion of Doom arc, and maybe bring Gleason back for the final leg of it.

Bendis must have really pissed off a lot of fans and few writers at DC have Tom Taylor’s online following to make up the difference

I like that these are phrased and presented so as to appear as if they're by several different people. Anyway, yes, the current Action Comics run - which indeed isn't selling as well as I'd like given its quality - is being beaten by the new #1 with lots of marketing behind it starring a universally-beloved take on the character. I don't really know what you want me to do with that beyond throwing myself at the internet's feet and sobbingly admitting I have bad taste, in which case why do you follow me or otherwise care this much about my opinion?

Is it accurate that Bendis creations tend to get exponentially better once his fingers have been pried off and they pass to a new writer?
I don't know that I'd go so far as to say 'exponentially better' even if some have definitely flourished elsewhere - no examples I'd go that far with come to mind, anyway.
Welcome to the world of Dark Horse Comics, Bendis
Writer Brian Michael Bendis is moving his creator-owned Jinxworld imprint from DC to Dark Horse, starting in November
Bendis brought Jinxworld and its associated titles including Powers, Torso, Jinx, and more to DC in 2017 in a deal that included an exclusive DC contract (which ended earlier in 2021), and runs on Superman, Action Comics, Legion of Super-Heroes, and more. Bendis also created the Wonder Comics 'pop-up' superhero imprint in his time at DC, which included titles such as Naomi, Young Justice, and Dial H for Hero. He's the current writer of Justice League.
As part of Jinxworld's move to Dark Horse, the imprint will issue new collections of titles such as Pearl, Powers, Scarlet, and The United States of Murder Inc., which will begin releasing in March 2022.

That "long time" may be quite a while indeed, as Bendis states that he initially wished to publish some of his earliest creator-owned work through Dark Horse, before self-publishing and eventually beginning his star-making tenure at Marvel Comics in the early 2000s.
"Mike Richardson, Daniel Chabon, and everyone else at Dark Horse has welcomed us with open arms and it's very exciting to start rolling out our brand-new epics like Joy Operations and reintroduce you to some of our classic Jinxworld titles like Powers, Torso, and Jinx," Bendis continues. "Any of my friends will tell you I wished those books were published by Dark Horse back when we first made them. To the future!" ~ Bendis
Prior to that, Bendis' Dark Horse move kicks off in November with a newly announced title called Joy Operations from Bendis and artist Stephen Byrne, which is described as "Akira meets Inception."
Joy Operations is a sci-fi story set 55 years in the future, which focuses on a woman named Joy who is an enforcer for a corporate city-state known as the Jonando Trust. In Joy Operations, Joy's morality and sensibilities will be challenged by circumstances that lead her to betray her corporate masters. Due out November 17, 2021
Is there a reason for why you think Bendis's Justice League will be ending soon? Or is it just a gut feeling (NGL I have it too).

He's phoning it in even by the standards of Bendis phone-in books, which is bizarre for him doing Justice League if he plans on being there for any length of time. His very first arc was shamelessly 'hey I gotta get a new Naomi thing out the door before the TV show but Jamal Campbell's busy' after which the big-name artist immediately left, and his second has been purely spinning out (or more honestly advertising) his Checkmate and Superman work. Given I remain about as confident as I have been that DC will be doing a 'proper' relaunch next year centering a bunch of the newer characters they've set up he's got a clear jumping-off point soon; granted he's overseeing at least some degree of expansion of the team himself, but that may well just be a scheduling thing. The whole affair of his run seems like purely a matter of brief convenience for all involved rather than a long-term commitment, and with Jinxworld moving to Dark Horse it looks like he's already starting to pull back even if he'll surely still stick around the Big Two in some capacity. Once he's gone Williamson seems like the safe bet for better or worse; personally since he's gotten so much goodwill from me lately I'd pick PKJ, I think it'd fit his niche well and with Williamson's event books being the real main DC title right now JL might be a chance for DC to try and put over a relatively newer creator they want to make happen when Action isn't getting the attention it deserves.
