They had something going on at Devenford before the zoo thing, everything about their dynamic in the show is so personal like... I think we never see someone from devenford team bullying Liam on its own.

This is more of a headcanon but Liam fell in love with Brett while Brett was still working on his sexuality so yeah, they fucked up because it was the wrong time.

Brett VS Theo? Our sweet boy has a type (tall, muscular, green eyes and a lot of traumas). They both bite back and aren't scared of Liam's anger. I think Brett is a boyfriend in a 'spectacular way' like everyone should know about them (dog type) while Theo is more reserved like 'here, take this dead lizard because I love you' (cat type).

On the long run Theo's better just because he knows how to cease a fight and descalate things and choose not to sometimes while Brett is more about going down with a fight.

Brett has a full-shift form, too (I mean, he has all of the traumas on Derek's check list, dead parents? Check. Gay demons? Check. Almost dead because of hunters? Mastered). He's also black with light eyes but Liam can always tell them apart.

Brett's love language? Kicking Liam's ass on the field (plus a lot of quickies in the shower).

And talking about kinks, I just know that Liam has one of his old jersey from DevPrep just to fuck with Brett (healthy coping mechanism (?))

They are sticky, like they're always touching each other, holding hands, sitting togheter, ecc...

Brett became quiete protective of Liam just like he is with his sister. Liam hates it just on even days.

This is so specific but Brett would drive Liam to therapy and wait for him just to buy him ice cream.

Liam is the jealous one in the couple while Brett is so confident (with himself and Liam) that he doesn't even think about other people.

Brett definitely knows how to make wolfsbane alcohol and he definitely loves watching his boyfriend get all loopy and whiny.

in canon, it’s made clear right off the bat that liam and brett have a bad past, they don’t get along. it’s known that brett used to bully liam back at devenford prep, keep in mind that liam was only a human and brett was still a werewolf. — my theory is that brett was lashing out because his parents died in a fire that’s canon and liam was an ‘east’ target since he was reactive to bretts taunts because of his undiagnosed ied.

I realised im not making briam look good but just wait, they’re enemies to lovers. they started out hating each other, eventually brett starts to help the pack because scott saved their life. they spend more time together and become friendly in s5 and s6.

that’s the basic gist of the canon ship, enemies to lovers, brett would later apologise cause eventually liam would definitely ask “why did you hate me before” or something cause same, id be curious as hell.

as for headcanons, I see them being competitive with each other, playful and always bickering. brett cooks while liam picks the shows. they play lacrosse together which always ends in one of them getting tackled & lots of date nights and pda. both are possessive and like to show each other off. brett gives liam piggyback rides, liam teaches brett how to play his favourite video game.

I gotta mention me and @genetic-hellhound headcanon of them full shifting together as well, brett being a brown wolf and liam being white <3
