Today brexit has directly cost me Β£60 give or take a few pence. That's the pendant I refunded a customer in Germany and the postage and packaging for the two times I've tried to send it and if course that's not taking my time for the post run etc in. I have had to let a customer down because 2 failed attempts over 2 month's really is a disappointment! This parcel was going to Germany - it has all the details on the cn22 on the back, tariff numbers, eori number, ioss number and description etc, all I know is that apparently to German customs this is not enough, no indication what I missed out! I've had stuff get to Ireland, France, and Belgium in the last month but Germany seems a no go. Of course I have lost a lot more than Β£60 I can't really say how many Europeans have decided not to buy from me, but I did used to do a good trade and its sporadic to say the least now.
