"Hold still - I need to clean this."
Nix winced a little as Kiran tried to clean the wound on her arm, finding it difficult to keep it still. âBut it keeps aching every time you touch it, Kiran.. Itâs hard to keep it still, you know.â

Whoops. Made a mistake. Replace the green heart with a blue heart.
(AH! I see, that makes more sense actually~.)
đ ( Maybe â¤. More plotted threads are needed for me to accurately picture it. )
â¤ď¸ romanticđ rivals
(A rivalry between Summoner and Hero? That sounds interesting and Iâm always open to romantic options as well! Of course I agree what more plots and the like are needed first. My IMs are always open and my Discord is available.)
âWait! Come back!â
Yellow Heart!
What kind of relationship? | Accepting.

(More friends for Megan? Sign me the fuck up! And since the Summoner/Kiran is representing us from the 21st century, I can definitely see her wanting to know more about the Summonerâs world. Not only would she want to learn more about the Summonerâs life before coming to Askr, she would share stories about herself with them.
Bonus points if the Summoner teaches her about technology and memes.)

There is a mistletoe just above you. Below the mistletoe is your Summoner. He seems eager to take part of what happens under the mistletoe. What shall you do, Sharena?
Alright, Sharena, calm down. Breathe. Donât jump, donât squeal, donât run away in embarrassment in a weak attempt to hide excitement and your red face. You can do it. Stay calm and cool. Yeah. Emphasis on cool. Thatâs important.
Those words echoed in the girlâs mind over and over again as she stood before the Summoner, her heart racing like crazy as she twirled a strand of her hair around her finger with a sheepish smile, unable to avert her gaze even for a second so that she could gather her thoughts. Sharena could see enthusiasm shining in the young manâs eyes, and such eagerness was making her heart flutter. Goodness, she wasnât dreaming, was she? It was all for real, right?
Whoever put it up there... thank you.
Not a word needed to be spoken, the princess took a step forward and placed her small hands on Kiranâs shoulders, gently pulling him into an embrace â at this moment, everything else could wait and time itself froze as there were only the two of them in the little festive world of theirs â and pressing her lips against his, slowly and carefuly at first, yet her confidence was building up with each passing second of a moment that almost felt like an eternity. And if they didnât need to breathe, she wouldnât let go of him. Ever. And who cared what Alfonse was going to say if he found out? Her brother didnât have to know so much in the first place.
âWell... I donât make the rules, right?â
"Well, I did make a promise to you. I tend have a good streak in keeping them." The skirmish had seen their side victorious. Morale had been steadily rising with the Summoner fighting alongside the Askr banner-men and showed no signs of stopping. He hopped off his horse and proceeded to close the gap between them with a close embrace. He then looked back at her, arms secure around her waist. "Hope I didn't leave you waiting too long."
She remembered it like it was yesterday. The day before their battle against Veronica... the day when she went against Alfonseâs warning not to get too close to their allies and the Summoner in particular. Unlike her brother, Sharena wasnât opposed to the idea of befriending them, yet even she could neither predict nor control what came out of it â since their first meeting, Kiran had gone a long way, becoming a strong and confident young man despite all his insecurities, a man she could trust with her life and rely on as they fought side by side as equals and friends... which wasnât enough. It just wasnât, and this simple truth came to her mind a few months ago.
The Princess of Askr knew that she probably wasnât allowed to feel the way she did, yet the harder she tried to pretend that nothing had changed, the stronger her feelings grew, so when it became clear that she could not ignore them anymore, she decided to face them, and to hell with the consequences. It was quite like her, wasnât it? To come face-to-face with what was on her mind, just the way she did on the battlefield, facing her enemies... although it was obviously not the best comparison she could think of.
So, before the battle, she confessed.
Sharena couldnât even dare hope for reciprocation, just letting him know would be enough... or so she convinced herself in case it all went horribly wrong. It was going to be a tought fight, and if anything happened to them, at least there would be no regrets left. But, much to her surprise and overwhelming joy, it didnât, and even now, she still couldnât believe that it was all real. She was afraid that, if she blinked, she would wake up and all of this would be gone.
But the warmth of his arms, the way he looked at her, the way he spoke to her â all of it was so real that, for a moment, the rest of the world simply ceased to exist. Her branch of the army returned a few days ago, and Sharena spent all those days waiting as patiently as she could, looking at the horizon for hours, mistaking any even remotely loud sound for that of horsesâ hooves marching through the fields, and with each passing day, lack of clarity became more and more terrifying. And then...
âBut youâre here now.â She whispered, lips curled into a soft, almost unusually serene smile. She could feel her eyes starting to burn a little as she wanted to laugh and cry at the same time, overwhelmed by emotions stronger than she could tell. âI knew youâd come back to us... and to me. We did it, Kiran. We won.â
