Brew Review: Costa Rica - by Zoka Coffee
Today's cup of coffee comes from Zoka Coffee. This is a very special roast as it bears the Cup of Excellence Winner. I honestly did not know much about this designation but the very first time I had this particular roast as a Pour Over at Zoka in Kirkland I knew I needed a bag to take home. They don't roast much of this so it may not be readily available but certainly ask and they might be able to get some in stock.

Review: The Tasting Notes on the bag are right on the mark. Light Strawberry? Yep there is light tartness. Jasmine? The flavor is smooth and botanical a bit resembling a sip of jasmine tea.
