I’m pregnant - Will Halstead/Brett

Sylvie sat on the toilet in her apartment bathroom in shock. Starring down at the pregnancy test in her hands, she couldn’t come up with any words to say. She was on the pill, and Will always wore protection every time they were together.
She stood up and placed the test on the counter. She shook her head, as if to shake the shock away. All of the sudden, a knock echoed throughout the apartment.
Leaving the bathroom, and opening the front door, Sylvie smiled at the sight of Erin Lindsey. Dating brothers, they had started to spend a lot of time together, and became close.
Erin grinned at Sylvie, “Wanna go get a drink?” Sylvie grimaced, “Do you mind staying in tonight?”
Erin smiled, “Sure. Pizza, popcorn, and a move?”
Sylvie nodded, “That sounds great. I’ll go start some popcorn and order the pizza.” “Awesome, I’ll settle in out here.”
As Sylvie went into the kitchen, Erin headed to the bathroom, intending to take care of business before the movie started. Finishing, she turned to the sink and stopped, eyes focused on the test innocently sitting on the counter.
As if in a daze, she picked up the test and walked into the living room. Sylvie walked back into the room and froze when she saw the test.
“I just took the test today. I have no idea how I am going to tell Will. We were always so careful.”
Erin set the test down and pulled Sylvie into a hug, “Will is crazy about you! It’ll all work out. Now - girl’s night. We can worry about this tomorrow.”
Sylvie nodded and laughed, feeling a weight lifted.
The next day, Sylvie was sitting on the couch as she heard the sound of a key in the lock. Nervously, she stood as Will entered the apartment, leaving the door open behind him.
As Will opened his mouth to greet her, Sylvie blurted out, “I’m pregnant.”
Will stopped walking towards her, mouth open.
Behind him, Jay appeared, also shocked, having heard the announcement.
Jay quickly walked to Sylvie and drew her into a hug, “I’m going to be an uncle!”
Erin, who had walked into the apartment after Jay, laughed.
Still silent, Will pulled Sylvie from Jay and kissed her.
Pulling away, she smiled softly at her, “I love you.” Smiling back at him, Sylvie felt all of her worries fade to the back of her mind.
