Brett was very supportive as he always got Reagan what she needed and wanted whether it was a snack, back rub, carrying her, and satisfied her horny needs (sky high).

He would always talk, touch and protect her belly despite her annoyance if he took too long but she would too, just out of sight. her first connection with her baby at least needed to feel somewhat special without anyone's commentary. The kid still sucker punches and wrestles her inside which is her only downside.

Honestly, they don't really care about the gender of the baby just as long the baby was healthy. They also thought it was a big baby or even 2 at one point because how big and how heavy the bump was but in reality, baby girl was 5 pounds and what was left was amniotic fluid.

Reagan had intense food cravings for certain foods and had some weird combinations. After pregnancy, she was disappointed when the taste of chicken and sherbet wasn't as exciting anymore from when she was pregnant. The baby had really good taste (and expensive) although some food had to be from a specific place or homemade like mushroom pizza or Brett's homemade spaghetti.

Rand wouldn't be around her PERIOD and everyone kept a close eye on him and at first, didn't even know Reagan was pregnant until someone accidentally slipped it out (give me an idea who)

He had multiple chances of redeeming himself to her family but their wedding was the last chance as he never showed up. So of course as a way to get back on top (in his mind) and to of course be the ass we all know he is, Rand tried butting into her pregnancy as much as possible like a jealous infertile friend or sister.

At one point, he tried to fight for custody and visitation rights but as he's a fucking idiot and old as fossils, he doesn't get either and a restraining order was put in place.

BUT he still stalked them every now and then and only once tried to take the baby while Brett and Reagan were knocked out from baby brain. You can assume he did almost die that night because of that device. He didn't even make it to their living room. No literally like his organs almost went yolo until, unfortunately, EMT saved him 😔

And somehow not on life support, Rand never tried ever again though later dismantled the chip but thats maybe about when shes 9.

And no, Addi wants nothing from or anything to do with him. Just him talking drives her insane as he tries manipulating her into believing her parents were crazy. Don't kid a kidder. Especially when your granddaughter, who he doubted was smart at all because of Brett's DNA, has your iq.

There were different reactions to the pregnancy especially within their family and friends but Brett was over the moon about the baby yet Reagan was very nervous about the whole thing. However, with a good partner, they decided to keep the baby and began planning everything with of course Brett taking it too seriously and Reagan making sure everything was perfect.

Everyone, including their parents, were like 🫪 but still supportive and caring even if there was teasing on how it wasn't planned by the overplanner with a dumb blonde.

It's kinda like any other pregnancy with back pains, morning sickness, sore boobs, heavy weight carrying, odd cravings and the of course, heavy mood swings and hormones up and down though it did get slightly easier overtime but only for a bit.

Reagan would constantly worry whether or not she was a fit parent or if she was gonna carry full term due to her past alcohol and drug abuse with no sleep or food. And even doctors were concerned about the baby even being healthy though she did stop about 4 years before her pregnancy. But still no risks here.

She couldn't overwork herself, skip meals, meals had to be strictly what the doctor orders, medications, restrictions on pain medication, and the overall exercise that every women expecting would need and this added to the already unnecessary stress Reagan and Brett were going through.

Everything from when they first found out to birth was planned, mainly by Reagan yet of course, Brett over did it many times like their gender reveal, baby shower, the baby's first pictures, and the baby's welcome party (that Reagan didn't want she thought it was just gonna be a baby shower and then done) but hey it did show he and everyone else cared.

The birth plan of course, didn't happen like at fucking all. Since she was on a lot of restrictions and stress, her, Brett and their doctor organized a birth plan for her which was: C-section, minimum epidural before birth, visitors were fine after the baby was deemed healthy, no Rand, and induction as soon as possible.

When her 8th month was coming around, she gave birth I would say 5-6 weeks early and they had no choice but to get the baby out naturally. Reagan was also denied epidural even an hour after birth because the placenta needed (and didn't) come out so she was in intense pain especially with both her and the baby not handling it well.

And because they were weeks early, they almost die and that's the main reason why she got a birth plan. All is well though after a week recovering and their all able to come home healthy. Yet still, anyone who even wanted to breathe near the baby had to have all their shots and not be sick. Yeah it was STRICT its like you're holding the little baby and then realizing you can kill them with a single sneeze (or thats how Reagan and Brett felt like).

But no, the baby was fine but everyone overthinked, over dramatized and unfortunately, doubted the baby's immune system but you can't blame new parents. (She's fine I swear to god nothing intense happened other than chicken pox) (which we'll get to if you want)

Despite her being very healthy with incredible smarts and athletic abilities, Addi still got hypoglycemia.

Yes, unfortunately it was hard for both the baby and Reagan.

While it was a quick dilation process, pushing was the hardest part for both as the kid remained sitting through her cervix for 8 minutes then it took 2 minutes to even get her head unstuck. While it took a while, Addi was finally out at 12:00am, screaming like hell.

The first problem came with the baby's weight, being 5 pounds despite Reagan carrying a lot of weight which, turned out to be amniotic fluid and she had a lot of it. Second problem, her placenta wasn't coming out and only had 3 options to get it out as soon as possible.

Third problem (and this is a biggie), both of their bodies were not ready for the sudden and hard birth process so once it catches up to them, both almost dies because the baby's lungs almost went yolo and Reagan starts to go into postpartum hemorrhage especially with her past drug and alcohol abuse.

Brett waits for 4 hours and yes, their both fine but need to recover from birth and after a week, Reagan and the baby are discharged home and surprisingly, baby is healthy with her weight almost 7 pounds
