          Jean.  ... I don't know if I can really call him a friend, but I ...  I dunno, I think of him as one when it comes down to things like this anyway.  He might not put a lot of effort forth openly about it, and I don't really, either, but it's kind of there in the underlying ... uh.  Whatever, it's there.  It's in the little comments sometimes, or when we're too tired to move.  We lay there and we don't talk much, but whatever we do say, it's usually not an insult, so much as just ...  you know, normal nattering about dumb stuff.          ... I guess I value his company because, even if he doesn't know it, he motivates me a lot.  Marco said I really rallied everyone else up, but ...  I feel like these days, it's kind of him doing the same for me.  He's the one who told me ... to make every death on my hands count, that one night.  I think that's when I really started to respect anything he has to say.  ... I guess I take a lot of things he says to heart now, good and bad.  -- ... I kind of got off track with this one, huh.          ... Whatever.  Long story short, I really admire him despite how much we fight, and he says things sometimes that are really a big deal to me, so I consider him a friend.
