Yeah, well… you know about my tendency to break in to your house, who knows what else you know, Kazuichi thinks. But he says, "Yeah, well… it's been forever. How in the hell am I supposed to know what you think is worthy of murder or not?" "We talked about it once, or did you forget? When we were in isolation during the summer of ‘21." Kazuichi huffs. "Sleeping pills, break my body down with a massive meat grinder onto a butcher shop floor to blend in with the blood," he recollects. "I know. But that doesn't mean you're not driving me somewhere to do exactly that." Hajime huffs a breath that sounds almost like a laugh, but maybe that was Kazuichi's imagination. "I wouldn't go through all this to kill you like that. That's not how you wanted to die. But… I may or may not have a few bottles of cyanide and acid in the trunk of my car." "Finally. Jeez," Kazuichi replies seamlessly. "All I ask is that you not drain me into the sewer. I don't want my remains floating with people's shit."
