The SCA Americas South American business is currently searching for a Brand Coordinator (Coordenador de Marca) for our offices located in our Osasco, Sao Paulo Brazil. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Coordinator (Coordenador de Marca) will be responsible for everything related to SCAâs brands, including innovation, activation (communication and promotions) and positioning, together with planning and monitoring results.
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Build advertising and promotion plans.
Tracks marketing metrics, such as share, distribution, and pricing.
Works with Marketing Director to develop conclusions and action steps for the brand and business.
Executes brand strategy priorities set by Marketing Director and tracks success rates.
Supervise a team of 2 designers to execute packaging designs and on line communications consistent with global guidelines.
Recommendation of packaging text, claims and layouts.
Helps Marketing Director develop business case for new products.
Supports Marketing Director in creating âbring to marketâ plan for new products, including developing product selling materials and samples, and creating marketing programming.
Analyzes historical new product launches, and helps Marketing Director report on vitality rates.
Analyzes consumer trends and information and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
Lead multifunctional teams for new product development/launch implementation.
 Minimum Qualifications
University degree required in the area of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Communications,or Economics.
Minimum of 2 (two)Â years in FMCG or pharmaceutical companies in a marketing position.
Experience in brand activation Supervisory experience preferred
Language Requirements:
Portuguese native speaker required
Fluency in English required
Spanish is a plus
