Eye- and mind-boggling optical illusions at my sci-art workshop for #ImperialLates at @ImperialCollege on Wednesday night. I partnered with neuroscientists Anirudh Kulkarni and Mathilde de Kerangal who are investigating auditory illusions and the way the brain mis-hears certain sounds. I was asked some very in-depth scientific questions by curious visitors, some of which I could answer, and others that I redirected to my boffin colleagues.
