I’ve got my second shift at work tomorrow but I wish I didn’t. I have to be up at 5 and I just don’t feel like I have the energy. I’m worried I’ll have one of my bad sleep nights tonight and be exhausted in the morning. I’m anxious about being around people at work. I wish I didn’t have to do it but I know I do :3
Can I have some positivity? I think my PMA needs a boost... Anxiety and depression are trying to get in my way again but I don’t want to let them. Help me punch them in the face (like a boss) with PMA

I've been feeling off for a couple of days and I was really ready to talk through shit at therapy.
I drove all the way there....then remembered it's a holiday and I don't have therapy on holidays. I also don't have a makeup day for it because everyone's schedules at the agency is packed so I need to wait until next week.
Ready or not here come the semi filtered depressing thoughts.
