if you’ve ever doubted yourself just know that my senior year of college i walked into my 9 am neuroscience final 10 minutes late with a concussion i acquired the previous night and somehow managed to get an 85 on that test. if i can do hard things you can too

the feeling when something very small happens and it doesn't really matter but your brain makes you think it matters and that you did something wrong so you slightly go into a spiral thinking about it ( ´-｀)

Someone tell me.why my brain, the whole drive home, will scream at me "Aaaaagh I need to pee so bad! Let's goooo! Gotta get right in the house and go potty!" but when I pull up in front of the house I immediately want to sit back and scroll through my phone for a while before I go inside.

My brain is making me think I want to make bad decisions. Like tell me why it like "you should see what your abusive ex from 10 years ago is up to" in the middle of my divorce era. Brain. Chill.

Why have I been dreading yoga and therapy sm even though I know for a fact it'll feel nice afterward??
