Wednesday 5th March 2013  Putting up with discomfort Having found some bargain cami tops in all my colours (Cool Summer) according to House of Colour consultant Jane Brook, I wear them like a vest because call it what you like it is a vest when all said and done! After a delightful lunch wonderfully prepared as usual by Alison (she always serves expensive crisps), early evening I had the feeling that some of my lunch had missed my cleavage and was trapped in the cami-top, trapped because I am of an age where I "tuck in" my vest!  So, lifting my top to allow the crisps crumbs to make their speedy exit it was revealed that my cami was situated below the bust line, reminding me of 70’s style wrestler's leotard, but not only was it in the wrong position, it was being worn backwards!  I did have to see the funny side, but yet again the team gained much amusement from another of my mis-haps.  The moral of the story here is despite my discomfort throughout the afternoon, I had become accustomed to it and accepted my discomfort.  In life we sometimes put up with things that are not as we would wish them to be.  Oh dear I better tackle my ironing pile......
