I again noticed a reoccurring thing as in the last thoughts about BP with Super Build Tiger and J-Decker, though the roles are reversed this time. Instead of J-Decker being the 'top dog', Duke Fire shows up being pretty strong even though both of them are connected with non-sentient machinery so you'd assume that they'd be at the same level right? I have a feeling its not because Duke is a 'newer model' than Deckerd and that is the reason he was able to defeat the Chieftan so easily, moreover he was able to merge with Fire Roader better than Deckerd could with J-Roader.

Let me explain further; I believe in episode 2 Deckerd says something along the lines of 'I'll think of it as if it were you, Yuuta', referring to J-Roader. Though J-Roader is non-sentient, Deckerd still holds some attachment to it. This may cause his A.I. to not fully process their combination methods which may lead to him not being fully output like everyone things. Since he's connected I like to think he still is worried for J-Roader's safety as if he were Yuuta in a different sort of sense.

Now let's switch to Duke's perspective. As far as we know, Regina trained Duke probably in a sort of fashion Yuuta did (obviously there are some major differences between the two however). Fire Roader is just an attachment to Duke, more like an extra set of armor or something like 'clothing' to us. Because of this Duke doesn't really feel weighed down like Deckerd does, nor how like with the Build Team merging together does he have to worry about joining with others. This probably boosts his ability to perform well in battle, as well as translate his movements easily.
