I could probably vibe with Sam being a child of Lucifer ruling over his own little plot of Hell—maybe Lucifer took the form of Mary's husband John —— wait, no, Lucifer takes the form of Mary and gets pregnant from John and absconds to Hell immediately with the stolen seed in his belly. Years later, he gets Kelly pregnant when he's above ground doing other things. And Kelly runs away with the child.
