Little box split update and a yap session,
as much to my dismay, refunds are immenaint. I'm not going to say for what exactly, I'll have to go through my lists and see what I missed either due to storage running out (because I didn't have the funds to extend storage) or human error (aka me spacing out and misordering or missing orders due last minute requests clashing with box splits I was running at the time) and reach out to the people I'm missing items for.
If I'm able to replace said items, I'll do my damnedest to. But I CANNOT issue refunds/get replacements now as I'm throwing all of my spare funds towards shipping before July comes.
So please hold out alittle longer. (Refund period estimated mid July to end of the year)
And after some thought, I know I said I MIGHT resume box splits at the end of the year if there's a loophole regarding the safety data sheet thing and if I can avoid it, but it's 98% me not resuming them at all.
Aside from the usual stressors, there's some customer stressors as well and I'm too scatterbrained to keep up with this stuff. Is this unprofessional? Yes, but to be fair I was never a professional individual in the first place. I'm not even a legit business. Just a single person who was doing this for fun.
I've had some amazing customers, I even made friends during this journey and I have a few bad apples which certainly got to me.
When I get overwhelmed and stressed, I start to not care and get reckless which feeds into the me getting brain fog and spacing out during the process of box splitting and that is dangerous considering I'm handling your money and items.
On top of my financial situations, the looming threat of needing to get new imports tested for anything harmful and providing data sheets was the definite push I needed to stop doing box splits.
I loved making y'all happy and bringing fun new merch for y'all. But this isn't worth my mental health and sanity.
And before anyone panic, yes you will get your stuff unless I'm unable to replace it. Then I'll refund you in due time.
