“Your confidence in my knowledge of this city is appallingly low.” Really, it couldn’t be more obvious that those people weren’t some ‘run-of-the-mill thugs’. She’s dealt with them all the time, so she could tell the difference. 

They looked more of the yakuza type, but not at the same time. And given that Poipu was the one they were targeting (because Briar was pretty certain that unfamiliar people wouldn’t be coming after just another delinquent)? That just spoke of international trouble. 

Enzan almost had to do a double take for a second. He recognized that blonde hair and those blue eyes - It was none other than Princess Pride! He seemed very surprised to find out he was her giftee, yet somewhat honored. Though her attempts to try and make him think it wasn’t her didn’t fool him that easily.

“Aw come on, Pride. You do know I recognize you just by looking at the face and hair of yours.”

Enzan smirked a little, leaning to his side to see the gift.

     while his netop was busy actually working on his homework, rockman was doing some of his own. he’d found a piece of data that he was attempting to decode. he’d ask for help, but he couldn’t be sure of things like this anymore ( how could he know if it would stay in good hands? ) -- besides, there was a sense of satisfaction in translating data on your own.

Mary seemed surprised to be in the presence of a princess she didn’t serve under. In fact, it was none other that Pride, the princess of Creamland! What mostly caught her off guard was how she wasn’t expecting her arrival. She came to the conclusion that she had possibly forgotten about it. With that, she tried to gain back her posture and at least give the princess a formal greeting.

It was nagging at her more than it should. She had been searching for some sort of clue, hint and or reason why and how it happened. Nothing was giving her answers, and throughout all of it, Mileah grew restless.

“Well let’s be honest. Netto isn’t really he brightest guy to begin with. I mean, the guy though ThunderMan was a darkloid and it took a reveal to make him realize he wasn’t one and for him to realize that his operators were me and Raoul.”

God the story about the disco disguise never failed to amuse Enzan nowadays.
