"Another BOTDF Statement": THE SEQUEL
So I just wanted to make this post to say thank you all so much for all the reblogs and Facebook shares and everything. I've had a bit of backlash for it but it was literally because a hate page had posted it. And the only reason they had posted it is because I used to be friends with the girl who admins that specific page. I'm not going to give them any mention, because honestly the whole situation with that girl is irrelevant. The only argument she had against me was how I apparently did all of this for attention and how I said some hateful things 2 or 3 years ago. Yes, I did go through a hate phase. And if you read my post, you would have seen that. BUT, everything that was said in the past, everything I was thinking at the time, everything I was being told...the people that were involved know what I had said about them. Why? Because I told them myself. And if that's just for attention and not a genuine apology, then I don't know what is a genuine apology anymore. To post what I did took a lot of courage and bravery, but I was prepared for backlash. I did it because I strongly believe that this band deserves the best and there have been people who have told friends of mine...openly told them...that they only made a story up about Dahvie because they wanted some sort of fame from it. And they wanted to be known. I came back to defend this band because I've seen proof of the anti community being full of lies and fuckery. I genuinely appreciate everything they have done for me especially now since I feel a lot better with what I had posted and I know that no matter how much backlash I get, I will always have them to support me and what I intend to do. Thank you all for all the supportive comments and messages. It means a lot. More than you all will ever know. Xoxo
