This is Henrik. Together with his wife Sari he runs the very welcoming @populus_coffee in Berlin. There are many new fancy coffee spots popping up these days, but Populus in Neukölln (Maybachufer 20) might be on top of my newcomer's list. Henrik already bought some great green beans and hopefully he will start roasting soon (he's just waiting for the last persmissions.) Until then he serves fantastic coffee by mostly Scandinavian roasteries. Although the cafe is closed on Mondays Henrik prepared a fantastic filter coffee for me.
