favorite vacation you ever went on? or dream vacation? This past summer, my family went on safari in Kenya, which was amazing and we were super lucky and saw lions, leopards, rhinos, hippos, and hyenas as well as elephants and wildebeests and meerkats and warthogs. (Oh my!)

you can only watch 5 episodes of anything for the rest of your life, what do you choose? Psych, hands down.

favorite book when you were in middle school? Either The Prophecy of the Stones by Flavia Bujor (which I'm disinclined to read again in case it's not great, which I fear might be the case) or Just Listen by Sarah Dessen (which I reread all the time.)

which of your parents are you most like? My mom, probably. I didn't know it until I was in high school, but some days she's got Veronica Mars levels of snark, and we're both kind of obsessed with cooking.

worst hairstyle you’ve ever had? The summer before ninth grade, I wanted my hair cut into a layered bob, so the hairstylist cut my hair into what looked like the choppy, layered bob that I wanted. Then my hair dried and the waviness kicked in and it looked familiar but I couldn't tell where it was from until I walked past a Camp Rock poster AND I HAD FREAKING JOE JONAS HAIR IT WAS THE WORST and I may still be just a wee bit bitter.

synopsis: Livvy (Scodelario) has always been a bit of a free spirit. Growing up with a soap opera actress for a mother, choosing to become a non-confrontational, modern day hippie seemed like the path of least resistance. It's not like she's totally lost or anti-establishment, though: she's entirely aware of what she'd like to do with her life. She just needs to get there first.

When her mother decides to take a hiatus from acting (which just might coincide with her second divorce and her soap character's fifth 'death' in ten years) and travel the world in search of herself, Livvy finds herself living with her older sister until she's done with her A-Levels. Livvy and Juliet (Strahovski) never quite got along when they were growing up, as Juliet inherited her mother's flair for the dramatic and Livvy emphatically did not. Juliet has since toned down the theatrics, though, and lives with her American boyfriend of eight years, Adam (Gordon-Levitt). Adam produces programming on a radio channel that's an offshoot of the BBC, and he absolutely loves working on all but one of his programs: the mid-afternoon music program hosted by Mark (Redmayne), the spoiled son of the channel's main investor.

One day, Livvy happens to catch Mark's program on the radio. She knows it's the show Adam hates producing and keeps listening, wanting to judge it for herself. Somehow, she ends up calling into the show, taking issue with an offhand statement that Mark made. They debate for a good twenty minutes until the program ends, and Livvy is annoyed at Mark's ignorance, but thinks nothing of it. (Adam, however, is both amused and grateful that someone finally called Mark out on the things he's been dying to mention.) It's not until a few days later when Adam gets the listening stats that he gets a call from his boss, asking him to track down the girl who called in to the radio show and bring her in for an interview.

The first time that they meet, Mark and Livvy immediately don't mesh well. Livvy, who's used to getting along with people (or at least having a degree of mutual tolerance) finds this unnerving and declines the offer to co-host but agrees to occasionally come on Mark's show as a guest. Livvy finds herself spending more and more time at the station, fascinated by the culture of the radio world, and somehow, she stumbles into co-hosting the show with Mark.

1. First fandom?

First fandom wherein I was actually involved in fandom? Chuck, I think. But I think Psych was the first show that I proper fangirled over.

2. How many tumblrs do you follow? (I’m just curious to see how many other people follow. Is 200 a lot? Or normal? idk)

202! (Although some of them are deactivated blogs that I can never unfollow. WHAT IS THIS, PEOPLE?)

3. If you could choose to play a musical instrument, which would you choose? (If you already play(ed) one/several you’re not allowed to say that one, hehe.)

Does my voice count? Once upon a time I was able to sing and I'm not anymore. I actually think I have negative amounts of musical talent now. ANYWAY, if voice isn't an option, then I have always been fascinated by the didgeridoo, so...

4. Favorite vacation you’ve been on?

Oh, jeez, this is like asking me to pick a favorite parent. Okay, um, summer before freshman year, my mom and I went to Singapore and Malaysia together and the whole thing was just a blur of hijab shopping and eating and it was brilliant.

5. Where do you want to be in ten years? Take this question any way you want.

I want to be making the world a better place, whether I'm teaching or working at an NGO or brightening peoples' days with food from my restaurant. And, you know, I suppose I'd like to be happy, too.

6. Which shoe do you put on first, left or right?

Right, nearly always.

7. Best thing that happened to you in 2012?

One would think that moving to London was it, but frankly that was simultaneously terrifying, which knocks it down a few pegs. I think the flat out best thing that happened to me was probably coming to the realization that what I'm choosing to do with my life- studying literature, going into education- is the right thing for me.

8. If you were on The Voice and each judge wanted you, whose team would you be on? (lololol I don’t know where this question came from - I don’t even watch the show). For those who don’t watch/know, your choices are: Christina Aguilera, Cee-Lo Green, Adam Levine (of Maroon 5), or Blake Shelton.

Probably either Cee-Lo or Blake Shelton. I don't really know why.

9. Favorite hot drink?

Coffee, which I realize is the most cliched answer ever and my tea-loving friends all just died of shock, but still.

10. Name something you think is underrated and why.

Silence. I had this teacher junior year who once asked us to consider how often we find ourselves alone without something talking at us- iPods, TVs, car radios- and recommended that we set aside at least twenty minutes every day to just be alone with our thoughts. I don't think I realized the full impact of twenty minutes like that until I moved to the city, but honestly it's the most restorative thing I can think of.

11. Favorite gif?

This gif of Hercule Poirot. I never use it, but if I'm going to be associated with a single gif over my Tumblr career, I think that an incredulous, mustachioed Belgian detective from the 1930s sums me up pretty well.

Okay, so to nail down a basic plot:

You've got a team of four spies: one is an ex-NSA agent, one used to be MI6, one is a con-artist turned private spy, and the fourth was a promising CIA recruit who was burned after seven years on the job (despite his spotless record). The CIA recruit's old partner has just mysteriously been burned and wants answers, but they've spread the word around that she's a mole, so none of her old contacts will talk to her. She reaches out to her old friend to try and find an answer, and what the team digs up sends them running for their lives while trying to track down a very dangerous criminal who wants them all dead.
