okay, so, I woke up really early today, and started watching a deltarune video, and learned a funny fact that sounds made up, but apparently, the weird route on chapter 5 has a few variations of the normal jingle, this is known, but the name is funny. first, is the normal jingle, snd_ominous.wav, the basic weird route jungle, plays during any dialogue option at the start of walking into the lake. then, once your heads are underwater, it changes to snd_ominous_hell.wav, also fitting, you are going to hell for your actions /j. and finally, once noelle says her final line, it changes one final time to snd_ominous_hell_super.wav. so what does this all mean? well, it's very clear to me. i think, without a shadow of a doubt, the main character we will be meeting in chapter 7 side b, is castiel as we explore super hell. in this deltarune video essay i will-
also, gt just dropped a big fucking question on me, that he then answered that I'm dropping here; what decides if an item is a darkner, or an equipment in the dark world? the answer? nothing we actively watch spamton transform back and forth between his darkner form and the glasses from the item. which led me to a realization, if that's the case, could the thornring become a darkner, have been one before, or just be sentient already? I'm not sure if this has any weight to it, but it's fun food for thought.
okay, having a late night discussion with my friend GT, and we are both huge fans of UTDR, so we often just, have big convos about theories and story analysis, and he brought up, a hugely important fucking question, where is the thorn ring? because spamton has it, and we know it's an actual physical object, because kris takes it from noelle the night of chapter 2 on the weird route, and the equip scene in chapter 4, so where in the everloving fuck did spamton get the thorn ring? like, the other rings could just be like, video game items, or like, rubber bands, but we KNOW what the thornring is, and that is a real, physical thorn. something we see no evidence of in the room the dark fountain is opened in, so I'm asking you all, where do you think the thornring comes from?
a friend revealed the extent of my possession by the white pharoh.

another issue of Mira's food reviews. a small place in somerville nj by the train station called Don Oscars Cafe. I didn't get anything fancy, just an egg and porkroll sandwich and some coffee. however, fueled by heartache and depression, i was already forcing myself to eat, so when they gave me a sandwhich with sunny side up (up until now i only liked my eggs scrambled) i still ate it despite not wanting to, and i actually liked it. so it's so good it made a picky person like me like sunny side up eggs. i give this place a starting rating of 8.1/10 bc i plan to have some actual food from here sometime soon.
at a restaurant I've passed millions of times all my life called sarah janes. i got calamari and a burger and hoo boy that was amazing. the birger wasn't very customizable, but that's okay, because it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. if it were very customizable, it would be an easy 9.7/10, but it's not, so just 9/10. now, as for the calamari HOO BOY HOWDY, that was the second best calamari I've ever had, first best was the calamari at my cousin's wedding which had an authentic italian say it was the best he'd ever had. if you're ever on route 206 by raritan in new jersey (in the evenings only sadly), take a stop down at sarah janes, and have yourself some damn good food.
omfg, i feel so stupid. i am up at 4am, and i wanted to doordash some food. so i start my order, i pay, and it's 4am, so I'm not paying full attention. i ordered it to be delivered to my girlfriend six states away from me. i feel so foolish. i cancelled it, so she doesn't get woken up at 4 am for a breakfast burrito she didn't order, but FUUUUCCCCKKKKK. that's money I'm never getting back.
