Another variation on adapting boots permanently for cosplay. It’s super short and it really just shows another way to add details, but I hope it helps someone out there. If you have any questions please let me know!

#TipTuesday Kristoff's Boots (Disney) Today's Tip is actually a tutorial!  I recently finished a 2nd commission for Kristoff from Disney's "Frozen" - pants, shirt, tunic, belt, hat, mittens and boots...a full head-to-toe!  While I was working, I remembered to take pictures of the boots as they were in progress, so if anyone is thinking about tackling them, this is how I did it. Because I get kinda silly with wanting fabrics and textures to be consistent in a costume, I did these from scratch so they would match the mittens, and the same olive and seafoam fabrics are also used in the tunic and belt to help tie it together.  I'm sure there are easier ways, but this is what worked for me.  I'm not sure how many other costumes this design would work for, but I'm a huge fan of tutorials, boot covers in particular, and feel that the only way we get better is through sharing information.
